Here's the lyrics to another song I'm working on. This one will be very melodic and atmospheric, which would only be appropriate for the subject matter. I really like the lyrics for this one. They mean a good deal to me. I'm especially fond of my metaphors referencing to (in my perception) emphasis that we must accept the occurances in life, mourn them, and move on, without wasting time to pray for something that will not happen, due to its impossibility and treason inflicted by the very fact that such a terrible thing happened anyway. Where's the trust for an entity in such a case? Only in ignorance. Anyways, enjoy the lyrics!
Birthing Labyrinth of Thy Harlequin Child
Submergence into the celestial world on unreason Leaves an antecedent that enthralls with grotesquery Perfidious occurrence of things malefic now done Concealing a mask for the atrocious to see The harlequin face of this child born To perplex a question of why this must be With thus we create a path to eternity Birthing Labyrinth of Thy Harlequin Child
Scream out with unhallowed destiny This evidence of what no one knows Why this labyrinth is unending Walls leave reason juxtaposed As the path is met with forward tread That will eventually meet deadlock The scars upon the harlequin head Are the aisles of mystery we walk
We walk in the perpetual corridors of the indefinite A path that is everlasting, because there is no end It is a labyrinth of questions that have no answers Which perplex the soul of the harlequin child The purpose is left unknown and shall always be As we continue to walk the corridors of eternity
Bare witness here unto Deliverance to look upon The justice that you knew In your unwanted newborn son The harlequin face of this child born To perplex a question of why this must be With thus we create a path to eternity Birthing Labyrinth of Thy Harlequin Child We see there is nothing on course for tomorrow Left to the hopes of the unworldly Accept to mourn its death with our sorrow That is how things must be.

I too didn't know a few words. Makes me feel dumb somewhat. I'll feel better when I finish looking those words up. Great poem though. Makes me curious to hear the song. You should post it.

Do you want me to try and sing to the first part of that, still? I'll try next time i''m over. The music to it so far, the keyboards, sounds gorgeous. I am anxious to hear the rest of it.

I think I have an idea for it but I need to write more music for it when time becomes available.

I think I might have Jon write part of it if he's available. I haven't written with him in a while.
